- We reserve the right to disapprove of any site for any reason without prior notice, after submission or inclusion in the directory.
- We reserve the right to edit any submission and/or re-categorize submission at any time.
- Providing an invalid email address will automatically disqualify your site. We hate spam as much as you do and will not sell or disclose your email address to anyone except as required by law. We will only contact you via email concerning your submission or questions you submit. We will not send advertizements, newsletters or anything of the like.
- Featured Listings: Featured listings will be reviewed within 3 days of submission and will be featured in their category for 1 year, but will remain a permanent link in the directory. The featured listing may be renewed for additional years.
- Refund Policy: If your site is not listed, you will receive 100% of your payment back.
- Free Submissions: Free links are completely free. However, approval time will depend on the number of links submitted and available time of our editors. If you want faster review, please consider a Featured Listing.
- Websites not permitted: We will not permit websites with illegal material; pornography; abusive, obscene vulgar, slanderous, hateful or threatening material; unmoderated forums, chat-rooms or blogs; site using blackhat SEO tactics; mirror sites; affiliate links; links that redirect; sites substantially 'under construction'; sites that are poorly coded and contain many broken links; sites that advertize or promote sites that could not be listed here and any other site our editor's deem inappropriate.
- Non-English Content: Submit non-English sites to the appropriate category under World.
- Categories:Your website should be submitted in the deepest, most relevant category. Submitting to an incorrect category may result in your submission being denied. If a category does not exist for a site, please suggest it (or suggest it in your description).
- Titles and Descriptions: must not contain promotional language. The title should be the title of your webpage and the description should be brief, well written full sentences. Titles that don't match the website, poorly written descriptions and lists of keywords will not be permitted.
- Multiple Submissions:Multiple submissions of the same site are generally not allowed with the following exceptions. Websites that may be listed both in the 'Regional' directory and normal directory area if they have a regional presence. (Example: A bookstore in Columbus, Ohio may be listed under both the region for Ohio and the general area 'Books'.) Large websites with multiple topic area may be allowed appropriate links for each area (See Deep Links).
- Directories: Web directories are permitted in the appropriate categories. Free-for-all link farms will be rejected.
- Deep Links: Deep links are generally not permitted, you should submit the homepage of the site. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis with sites covering a broad range of topic with well defined categories. Example: about.com
- Removal:You may request the removal of websites you have submitted or websites you own. Note: request must originate from the email address of the original submission or from the owner according to the domain's whois information.
- Links are periodically checked. Those found broken for a period of time may be removed with no notice
- By sumitting your website, you agree to all of these rules. If you do not agree, do not submit your website!
